- They should pay dues only if they choose to be union members.
- It is an individual choice, not a forced demand made by the unions.
- We believe that teachers, police officers, and road builders in the public sector should not have unions.
- They should have the right to "choose" whether or not to participate in their union...and pay union dues.
- NOW is the time to start the process, making Wi a Right To Work State!
- I've been a public employee for 31 years and think the governor is donig the right thing.
- I spent 10 years in the union as a carpenter and almost every union meeting I went to they would talk about how much more we were trying to get from the employer at the next contract. I got real tired of hearing this as I have been an employer as well.

- A group or individual should only be able to request and be allowed to start a recall if they have proven misconduct in office of the person they are attempting to recall.
- It was for elected official committing a felony or other 'crime' (embezzlement, not holding up the ste constitution, etc.) against the citizens of this state. Not simply based on a disagreement of policy.
- I see a recall as a method of last resort for voters to change their minds. I don't support the effort to recall Walker, but I support the concept of recalls.
- Recalls should be used only for removing a public official from office after being found guilty of a crime or malfeasance in office.
- Why bother to vote then if everyone will get recalled.
- Definitely not! There is always a group who disagrees with certain laws. We would be in a perpetual recall state.
- Total waste of time and money by union thugs.
- I think they are uneducated idiots. I go to college at UW Whitewater and 80% of people who sign the petition and say things about Gov. Walker have NO IDEA what they are talking about.
- The recall is ridiculous! If we are unhappy with the election, you vote them out at the next election. It is expensive and lacks common sense.
3. Is collective bargaining a constitutional right?

- The Feds don't do it, why should the states.
- No. Only life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are constitutional rights.
- It is a privilege. Where does it state in the constitution that this is a right?
- Absolutely not!
- I believe that collective bargaining was a privilege granted to public sector workers through legislation. Like any other law that the legislature enacts, it can also be repealed or taken away.
- It's a privilege, not a right!
- NO. However, the Unions feel that they've had these "rights" for decades and they should never be changed for the worse, only improved.
- Collective bargaining is between the employees and employers. I have a problem with collective bargaining being so powerful between the gov't and gov't employees as it seems to increase gov't spending beyond what taxpayers can afford.

- By getting public employees to share in part of their unsustainable benefits, Gov. Walker put Wisconsin back on the track to be in the black instead of the red.
- The gimmicks were implemented during the Diamond Doyle age...8 years of ransacking accounts.
- Way to go Scott Walker! I am proud of his leadership.
- Absolutely!! Unlike the last Doyle administration, this administration didn't use federal stimulus money, didn't steal from the Transportation Fund or the Patient Compensation Fund...and didn't increase taxes!!
- He is doing a wonderful job. I support you all the way!
- I totally support Gov. Walker. Please make sure those signatures are checked.
