In order to vote or run for a position on the Executive Committee,
you must be a paid member of the RPSC no later than Jan. 25th.

Fellow Patriots and RPSC Members, I am excited to announce the upcoming annual caucus and election of your RPSC Board members on Saturday, February 4, at Lakeshore Lanes. Registration begins at 9:00AM with the caucus at 9:30AM.
If you are interested in running for any of the Board positions, please contact me directly. Each position requires a unique skill set to be effective. (See attached.) One of the keys to success is working with and leading a team. The committee chairs will have members to assist in some of the responsibilities.
Here is the list of positions along with who has already expressed an interest in running for that position:

At the February 4 caucus, each Board position will have its own election. Any paid member may be nominated from the floor for any position. Once supported, that person becomes a candidate and will be given 2 minutes to address the attendees and field questions. Again, having the skill set to match the responsibilities of each position is crucial to the success of that person and the success of the RPSC overall. Positions with more than one candidate will be voted on by ballot with a simple majority winner. Positions with one candidate will be voted on by voice to receive majority support.
Other items will be addressed at the caucus. But I wanted you to know about the opportunity to run for the RPSC Board and what each position entails. Please reach out to me with either your interest or questions. Thanks so much!
